
Meditation does not mean “sitting in silence,” but rather, it is a time to connect and balance. It is a time to rest your brain and body and restore calm. This series is just the beginning!
In this beginning class series, you will learn the basics of mindfulness and meditation to help cultivate a lifelong practice.
Students will:
- Practice mindful movements
- Pair beginner breath techniques
- Explore the 5 senses
- Learn simple meditations
This is a series of 4 classes, October 18, 21, 25 and 28, 6:30 – 7:30 pm. Ages 18+. Please register. This class has been moved to Hudson High School Room A113.
