In partnership with the St. Croix County Historical Society, the library is offering a new history camp about the settlement of Wisconsin. We’ll have crafts, cooking, games and hands-on activities focusing on country living (with an appearance by a historical actor portraying Laura Ingalls Wilder), city life, life along the river and a day focused on the Native Americans who lived here first, including a visit to Birkmose Park. Camp runs M-F, July 29 – August 1:00-4:00pm. Ages 8-12. This camp is full, but you can still get on the waiting list at the youth services desk.
